Dell latitude D530, battery flash, no start

As per subject, when power jack is connected the led battery (D5 in usb board) start flashing; the machine won t power up.

Replaced also FDS6679 (Q5) to be know a faulty component, but without success, any suggestion?

after deep inspection i saw that there is a missing PQ8, no component, i don t know if customer removed it or is a revision/design issue.

anyone has schematic or pics?

schematic found, the missed PQ is si4914dy, any mosfet schotty, any equivalent?
