Hp ZBook Not turning On / charging led blinking

HP Zbook 14U G5 not turning on. When dc connector is connected charging light flashes a solid white light blinking with 5-6 amber lights. Then restart again with no white only continuous amber light but no battery connected. Power supply load taking only 20-30 map. all standby voltage present.

No schematic found.

What voltage you get at the source, drain, and gate of the first two MOSFETs? Also, what is the charger IC and SIO chip?

1st mosfet drain & source 20v, gate 6.8v. 2nd mosfet drain & source 20v, gate 18.9 v

This is likely NVDC design. Do you have the Main power rail present and 3.3V, 5V and maybe even more present at the coils? 30ma is already a lot.

3V, 5V, 1V, 12V, 1.8V present. 3.3 V present on power button. But when pressed only 20-30 mAp load and not turning on.
