Asus X551MA-SX051H Turns on and after 5 seconds turns off

Hi guys, need some help trying to figure out what is happening in this Asus X551MA-SX051H - Board X551MA Rev 2.0
So when pressing the power button power light comes on and after 5 seconds goes off, no shorts found on the board, 19v, 3.3v (at SIO) and 5v present. Measuring bios chip at pin 8 (25Q64FWSIG - 1,8V) there's nothing there but here's the funny part if I remove the ram stick and press power button the board turns on and stays on, now all voltages are present and the cpu is getting warm. Tried different ram sticks but no change.

When you take the ram stick out,you are stopping the mb to go to S0 state and thats why it remains on. Very likely,You have some issues in S0 rails and it'll be a hard job to find it.

I Think there's no schematic for this board, maybe anyone has the power sequence
