hp pavillion led light bink one time dead

i have my hp laptop model 14-cf2504sa mother board is 6050A3108001-MB-A01.
MY PROBLEM is you can see only dc jack led solid light but when you try to power it on not responding only led light blink once and goes back solide again.tried to flash bios ,change rame turn off turn on i tried all methodes on youtube .
any solutions please thank you very much

i got that problem on asus laptop after cheak all ill find its a short on display cable (remove the cable from MB and test)

any part maybe short on get power after the lap getting power up have to test

Yes it is I have too many chargers here 19.5v 2.31a
