hp 15 dar62cmb6a0 usb 3.0 not working

hi
i have hp 15 dar62cmb6a0 both usb 3.0 not worknig but usb 2.0 works fine
one usb3 port USBP0+ (D+) gives me short to the ground according to the schematic and boardview this lines goes directly to the PCH
other usb 3 port i have 5v and d+,d- 3.3v but not working
when i try usb keyboard all led in keyboard on but not working
is that means pch is defective
can i remove L37 and L36 of each usb 3.0 port and take d+d- lines from usb 2.0
without any risk ?
i notice D13 becomes very hot other side of the diod gives low amps reading 0.15amps

USB3.0 port wont work if you take data +/- from usb 2.0 line. Going by the readings, its seems PCH's usb3.0 section is shorted. You can try disconnecting the coil for the port which shows d+ short to GND and see if the other usb3.0 port works.

A usb3.0 widget operating in USB 3.0 SS (superspeed) mode does not need USB 2.0 D+ / D- lines to function.

Respectively, the USB 2.0 D+ / D- lines can be removed from the USB 3.0 connector but that port will lose the ability to support USB 2.0 and slower devices (ie. Only USB 3.0 SS devices will function on this port).

Do check if the non-working ports are fitted with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 esd tvs diodes. These parts may be damaged and causing the short circuit status. If present, remove each and check if the short is gone or not.

no esd diode i check the schemetic only coil , even the clamp diod and caps not found on motherboard .

yes i already disconnect the coil but the other usb 3 port still not working
i think i will disconnecting both usb 3 coils and use uab3.0 to usb2.0 hub maybe this working .

If you disconnect the USB 3.0 signals then you only need a USB 2.0 hub. Suggest to test USB 2.0 HS hub. They are dirt cheap. A powered hub is recommended.
