Ipad 5 help please

I'm stuck! 🤣

IPAD came in working requiring a home button replacement, after open digitizer unscrewing battery and replacing button it is now dead, no idea why, done it a million times

I have an iPad 5 a1822 that has no signs of life.

I have replaced the charging port and done a diode check everything's perfect

I have replaced the battery with new one

I have replaced Tristar with known good.

I have checked everywhere for shorts but can't find any.

I have connected to the bench power supply to the battery terminals and there is no current draw at all.

Any ideas?

What is the exact current draw if powering by the standard lightning to USB cable?

Suggest to flux and confirm the soldering of the charge port cable to the main logic pcb.

What is the exact current draw if powering by the battery connector?

Do you have a thermal camera?

If the current draw here is low at the USB charge cable, usually a fault of the TriStar chip.
