TPM not detected on dell laptops

Hello, as I see it is a common issue at some dell notebooks to get the TPM not detected error on boot, is there a workaround it?
This time I have a XPS 15 9560 [LA-E331P rev. 2.0] and so far I used a bios from post

The new bios hasn't changed a bit the error message so it seems there is not a bios issue.
I did checked the TPM area and refreshed the solders there also.

I had this issue with a Dell 5580 device. Tried a lot of things, but nothing solved the problem.

The last thing solved the problem, I replaced the tpm chip from a donor 5580 motherboard. Not sure if a other tpm chip will work without the correct firmware on it and perhaps it must be also the same chip number.

Usually older version bios fix this error. So worth trying a older version.

I did used the first version of bios that found at dell [1.15], I programmed both bios and EC and now it boots with the dell logo and the bios menu upside down but when boots to OS looks normal again. Bios version is shown 1.26 even if I try to program other versions like 1.18.
Is the 1.26 version stored somewhere?
No TPM errors so far though.
