Dell XPS 13, 9365 battery not detected

Hi great minds. I have this Dell XPS 13 9365 with service tag FK960x2 showing No battery detected and blinking white light continuously, meanwhile there is a working battery in it that is still backing up fine. Please can anyone help with the solution?

Check your datalines and the mosfets. Does bios detect your battery?
