Can anyone had an idea about this the laptop turns on power rails seems good
but no display checked the 19v , 1.8 , 3v , 5v i have flashed a good bin file to it but still it wont display

Hello, did you solve your issue?
Did you check with an external monitor?
You tried the basic right? Ram, removing all the unnecessary connections such as TouchPad, keyboard, hard drive, WiFi, secondary pcb if present, battery etc..

no luck i have tried to power it on using bare minimum the ram was built in with the board i did add another ram just to be sure

do you think it might be a corrupted kbc?

Measure resistance to GND of all secondary power rails. Maybe a partial short hidden somewhere.

What sephir0th suggested is correct, can be that. I would make also sure that every single mosfet is not shorted (mind that the cpu/gpu are low resistence when check then), if the bios is talking with rest of the board (probably for that you would need an oscilloscope). Check if cpu and chipset are cracked or there are sign of burn.
Did you also try to reset the bios after re-flash it?

Your Advice were really helpful i actually fixed apparently the 2r2 resistor that delivers power to the ic controller for the vccin was damage so i replaced it and it works

ihave another question if you dont mind ihad a exact ssame unit but the issue is the lcd wont turn on i tried using a external monitor and there is a display i checked LCDVDD (3.3 present) i checked lids switch (3.3present) but the LEDVDD is missing what voltage should i get normaly on LEDVDD? and whats its pupose?

Check fuse FV1.
LEDVDD=B+=20V (main power rail).
