Thank you for taking a look. I removed one of the ports for further examination and it had markings on it so I was able to locate the exact item:

I did not. The ones which I ordered from China looked identical to the ports on the machine. However, what I received was not what I ordered, and I ran out of time for the job.

Review part #102-4484-1-ND from DigiKey. Compare the data sheet dimensions against your original. Should be a match but do compare. Hybrid 24 pin type c connectors are common but the board locks and their location can vary.
