Acer A315-21-94XR Charge but no power on

hi guys I have a problem with this laptop, in practice it regularly charges the battery but it doesn't turn on, I tried to bridge the power on the keyboard connector but it doesn't turn on, with the thermal camera I don't see any hot parts so they don't seem to be short, it could be a problem corrupted bios? the motherboard is da0zasmb8d0 rev D

3.3v arrives perfectly on pin 27 (NBSWON#_R) of the keyboard connector

I think it's an ITE EC chip problem, has anyone had a similar problem?
