Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

What is the resistance to ground of pp5v_s0 ? Also interested the resistance to ground of the other 0v rails in your list.

Post the measurements.

PP3V3_S5 : 395 ohm
P3V3S0_SS : 80 Kohm
PP3V3_S0 : 2.8 Kohm

pp5v_s0 : 4.8Kohm
PP5V_S0_ISNS_R : 4.8Kohm


i did something , direct voltage 2 V only with small current on PP3V3_S0 i found the PCH take all current and getting hot .
