Found cap short
Replaced
PVSYS now is 19.8V and previous problem components don’t overheat
But as suspected there are more issues
Charger in shows 19.8V and power led goes white
Attempt to start gives constant flashing white CAPS LCK and NUM LCK
Searching deeper into schematic

At the top left is a parts legend. Those parts are compatible if the suggested parts are changed during the pcb assembly.
