820-02016 Drop Dead

Namaste!

I have a A2337 820-02016 which came in as dead. The device is scratchless. No liquid Damage. (Seems like the faulty M1 Design).

PPBUS_AON is at 5V

AMP Meter Stuck at 5V 0.45AMPS.

PPBUS_AON at CW13C and CW139 is shorted. Removed both Caps but its still short.
What can be the issue here? Any guidance will be really really helpful.

There was a capacitor shorted in the PPBUS_AON line. Replaced it and the Macbook works fine now .
