    Re: Macbook A1466 No power

Hi guys, I put this macbook aside and today I got an identical one! the problem is exactly the same, I've tried everything, I've also followed the link you recommended, reset smc and tried everything but the new macbook won't start, every 5/6sec it tries to start, I have 5v for a moment and then shuts down, looping endlessly. What do you advise me to do?

Remove all power. Meter in diode mode.

          Red meter probe to ground.
Black meter probe to point to test.

Review each pin on J6100 against your logic board.

What is the 820-**** number of your logic board?

The connector of interest is the one that mates with the spi flash chip.

Check if you have U2071 onboard (SC-70 single AND gate).

If yes, measure the voltage to ground of pin 1, 2, 4, 5.

                                        List each measurement.
