Need to identify a +ALJ component 022 nitendo switch Lite (Unknown?) shorted

    Hello everyone =D

After checking only this chip is shorted and does not start my switch Lite.
I removed this chip and the short circuit is no longer present.

Do you have any idea of the exact part number of this chip?
I can't find it anywhere on the internet
    Reference +ALJ 022
How do you think it works?

    Thanks a lot

The MAX17050 chip is not the expected one, this chip is for the detection of percentage of load of the switch.
I already replaced one because I had a problem with the percentage of battery.

I think it is another reference the +ALJ

      Thanks anyway

Then it is likely this MAX8969EWLxx+ where xx is the output voltage 3.3 ~ 5.5, see data sheet page 16

The + indicates pin1, the last 3 digits are date code. It might be the MAX8969EWL53+ to boost the battery voltage to 5.3v

I received the part in question is tried with the 3 different chips, one of which was shorted with a diode

I put back one and I have my 15 Volts of the console and consumption amperage about 0.480 A and 6 W of power.

Unfortunately still black screen and despite exchange LCD connector and 2nd screen nintendo switch and new battery.

            Any idea =D?

I received the chips as you indicated with but the 3 still gave me no display and 2 of them in short cirtcuits.

I had a normal consumption of 20 V, 0.6A of the nintendo switch lite but no display.
              New connector and cable also;

Is there another reference for +ALJ 022?

I ordered 3 MAX8969EWL50+T for 5.0V without paying much attention.
Maybe the voltage should be at the maximum of 3.3V that's why there was a short circuit maybe?
                And yet perfect soldering

I'll try to take the 3.3V version
                MAX8969EWL33+

Is it work? I need ALJ 145 chip for oled's fan issue. I can't found anything about ALJ 145. At another forum someone says "AJZ is the 5V version, ALJ is the 5.3V version of the MAX8969" but i dont know if its true.

Necro but, at least AJZ works instead of ALJ.

                      by reessi
                      Hello:

I have both these laptops that appeared to have the same fault so I thought I would have a go at replacing the PCH as something to learn, they both are using the same PCH.

                      I started on the ACER:

Up on connecting power no signs of life but current is consumed from the bench power supply and the PCH is hot.
All the caps on the top of the PCH are showing 0 ohms and the 3.3v rail is shorted.

I followed the videos from Sorin, Electronics Repair School on Youtube heating from the bottom to install. I practised on around 10 scrap...

                      Micro Momentary Push Switch?
                      by Natob82
Great to be here! I'm a newbie here trying to find a "micro", momentary push switch to repair a Sony "clamshell" video walkman. This micro switch has long since discontinued by Sony, however I hope there are third-party switches of the same size and functionality that I might be able to source to play the same role. The purpose of this switch is to tell the video walkman that the user has activated the mechanical tape eject button, turning that physical action into an electronic signal that tells the tape transport mechanism to open so one can load or eject a video tape. I...

NEC TurboExpress On/Off Power Switch Replacement Help
                      by grimacelord
                      Hello,

I've been working on a NEC TurboExpress and I accidentally got the plastic inside the power ON/OFF switch too hot while doing other repairs and melted it. At first, it would still power on when sliding the switch, but you had to really press inward while sliding to get it to work.

I removed the switch component and tried to gently melt the plastic back so it would work more reliably and all I managed to do was make it worse.

I need to find a replacement On/OFF switch for this, but having some trouble figuring out which kind of switch I need....

Help making a switch work the opposite way with a relay
                      by SluggerB
I have a very small float switch, I'm using in a very small tank. It only fits in one way. Link https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Switch.../dp/B07DZ1J2GB

I want the switch to be open when the water is high, and closed when the water is low. Unfortunately it works the opposite. And since this switch is designed to be underwater, it's all sealed up, there is no taking it apart or hacking it up.

It will be driving a water pump, basic idea, when the water is low, switch closes, which turns on water pump, when enough water is in the tank, float switch floats,...
