I THINK THE FIRMWARE IS CORRUPTED WHEN I CONNECT THE HARD DISK IT RECOGNIZED JUST 3,86GB
I DOWNLOAD A FIRMWARE FROM GOOGLE CC54 BUT ITS LONG IF SOMEONE PLEASE CAN FIX IT WITH HxD THIS THE BACKUP AND THE FIRMWARE I DOWNLOADED

If you need the files from the drive its best to send it to a pro.

are you trying to format it as FAT32 using a windows machine???

thank you for your help is to recover data , in windows 10 machine i bought a new pcb and change the bios chip from the original to the new pcb but still the same the pcb have no short all is ok, It is only recognized in disk management 3.86gb

try on a different computer,
or try with a Linux livedisk
what does the bios say about the drive?

yes i tried en different computer . its an external hard disk

Try putting it in a computer as a backup and see if it reports the right value that way because I have had some external hard drive controllers sometimes have issues
