PS5 no power 5V short - capacitor identification

Dead PS5 CFI-1216A, only 12v present on the board EDM-033
Blown capacitor which is located 'under' HDMI Decoder IC on the other side of the board. Does anyone know what is the value of the capacitor, please? Pics included.
    Thank you

First, find out what kind of chip it is by the marking, its marking is 15JL - and this means TPS2553D, download the datasheet for it and find out that between pin 1 (IN) and pin 2 (GND) there is a 0.1uF ceramic capacitor.

        thank you, shorts gone now.
I have all volts and with the bench 12v injected it goes up to 0.3a for a few seconds like it should. problem is that it still doesn't power on.
No lights, no beep, nothing when power button pressed. The only sign of life is when I press the eject button it beeps 3 times each time but still no light or anything. I've tried different bios found here with no luck. Any idea guys what it might be? It is not the same as other common fault with 3 beeps when power cord is connected.

Check if the voltage on this 1 pin is relative to the ground, if there was a short circuit on this bus, then the smd fuse could have burned out, they are marked Fxxxx on the board, with a directional arrow, check them all.
