Need Stanley SMCU-5 KHR1780 Excavator Controller schematic

Anyone has a schematic for a Stanley SMCU-5 KHR1780 Excavator Controller to share? Its a 24V system. The one I am working on has all 4 MOVs burnt, a hole in the board where the 5 electrolytic capacitors and that heat sink is and a small smd cap decentegrated. The blown MOVs smells so baaaaaad. My truck stinks and by now half of the house too! Just waiting for wifey to

Yes, it is a pretty good layout, not stacked or weird bent like Cummins or Caterpillar. I think this excavator has alternator troubles. The 33V MOVs are done for. Interesting thing there are 2 MOVs paralleled with positive and negative. These caps are rated 63V. So dude goes and measures 27.6V on the batteries?

Throttle full tilt, batteries full, 27.6V on the batteries. I wonder if someone welded on the excavator, or jumpstarted it somehow.

maybe, but a storm closeby could do it too.

It supposedly was in someone’s shed. Anyway… my bet is the sense wire from the alternator at the moment.

Got this controller repaired and didn’t need a schematic after all.

still would have been nice to have it instead of tracing the crap out of it. At least it was better than that Miller TIG welder. Still haven’t figured that one out yet. Even if I do some components have no markings. Ugh.

                      I have an ASUS ROG Strix- G513IH-HN008, motherboard G513-6050A3249301- MB-A04 (A4)

When I received the device, the device has no function. After an investigation, I found that the PWM CONTROLLER RT6575B (U6100) is getting warm and there is a short circuit at the 3V3 output. This normally supplies 3V3 for the embedded controller IT5571E-128 (U301). When measuring and analyzing with a thermal imaging camera, I found that some components are damaged: SLG4E42553VTR (U8500), IT5571E-128 (U301), LAN RTL8111H (U450), LOGIC 74LVC1G08GW (U1900), RT6575B (U6100) All these components are on...

Upgrading Whole Home Surge Protector MOVs (Eaton CHSPT2SURGE)
                      by nobbnobb1
I have a whole home surge protector (Eaton CHSPT2SURGE). This is the lower end model as compared to the CHSPT2ULTRA. When I took it apart, I noticed it's basically the same PCB as the higher end model, just missing the extra MOVs for higher capacity. Coincidentally, I have a pack of brand new Bourns 20D241K MOVs laying around:
                      https://www.digikey.ca/en/products/d...0D241K/2799098

The only thing I noticed is that these Bourns MOVs are not thermally protected with a fuse. I'm wondering if it's safe to just simply install these extra MOVs for extra capacity,...

ASUS VivoBook T3300 schematic & boardview, fragment of connecting the TOUCH to the Motherboard and multi-controller
                      by Traktorist3d
Comrades, I have a task for a DIY project to connect the display from VivoBook T3300K to a separate DIY device. There are no problems with eDP, I found a scaler for the ATNA33 OLED matrix, but with the touchscreen it’s more difficult, I need a diagram to understand how it is connected and works in order to try to connect the touchscreen to another device via USB

Schematic vs. Reality: Where Are the Resistors on My Sharp Clock Radio? Model FY-70CH
                      by TinkerTron
                      Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on a mid-70s Sharp Electronic Digital Clock Radio, Model FY-70CH. I found the service manual online, printed it out, and have been studying it for a while. My main reasons for tackling this are: (1) I want to learn electronics and figured I'd start with something I had on hand, and (2) I want to fix its issues. Right now, the radio sounds awful, has about 5V DC at the speaker terminals, and the alarm time setting doesn't work. But I'm not asking how to fix these problems.

Instead, here's what's been bugging me so far:
                      The schematic...

                      Acer x163w Monitor PSU schematic
                      by atunguyd
Ii wonder if anyone can help me. I have a Acer x163w monitor which is not powering up. The PSU main capacitor's one leg had completly come off - I replaced it but the PSU is still not outputting DC. I found the monitor in questions service manual here on manuals lib but the schematic in there is a completely different - the schematic shows no mosfet to drive the transformer while the one I have does use a mosfet - also the schematic shows only one optocoupler but mine has two.
The PSU board is labelled FM-20A02-AAA made by APD as per the image below. I am trying to find a schematic for this...
