PS 5 pad only works on USB C cable all buttons are functional. Charging indicator does not light up does not connect to console. Battery is functional 4.16 V measured outside the pad. No reaction to PSN button does not light up console does not detect it. I took out the disc, read it may be the charging system. My question is how to measure it to be sure. Where should I start diagnosing. Please help me repair it. 
I replaced the battery with a working pad, still the same, it does not connect to the console. I put the pad on the original Sony charger, it has a different charging pinout, no reaction, probably not charging.
