Name your thread with model numbers and request
Without more details its not possible to give a proper answer.Very old machines can sometimes be unlocked with a modified parallel apapter

a couple of things i have discovered are, JRC.exe is a Jumptec piece of software that was used as a bios extension via a serial port and couple be used via another pc linked via RS232 to setup the bios on this SBC, also jumptec was taken over by Kontron AG and i am still awaiting any information relating to either the software or the password from them..Comment

Hi, i have a Panasonic Cf-W5 with the bios password, I tried remove cmos but problem didnot solve.
I uploaded the picture after remove cmos battery, It look like this is a Phoenix bios. The bios dump file in the link i attached
Please help me remove bios password.

If you know the laptop serial or model number go to HP support https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops .

Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
Some issues
A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized
Things I tried

Hello everyone!
The Asrock A380 low profile card (ID 8086 56A5 - 1849 6006) have an power limit of 45W. Intel removed the possibility to increase power using the software utility, anyway the card is in an proxmox machine that doesn't run windows.
The same hardware is in another form by the name Asrock A380 Challenger that have the same VRMs and the power limit is at 60W. I searched online and found on another website an .bin bios file from the Challenger variant, that I flashed using an CH341a. Flashng worked well, I put the card in PC and booted. GPUz shows that new device ID is 8086...
