Need bios and ec for lenovo AIO 520s-23iku

Hi everyone, i got a lenovo 520s-23iku turn on no display no backlight. tried clean me but make no different. there 3 eeprom in this machine. i think the other 2 chip also need reprogrammed or i havn't clean me properly. anyone have them please upload. my main bios is attached. thanks

Do you still have this PC? can you do me a favor and take a photo of Q60000 near the power input, probably behind yellow tape.
