i repaired the bios but pc working slowly and giving to me fw downgrade error. anyone can repair and clean me this bios?

Hi,
My daughter has accidentally managed to kill her Acer gaming desktop it has a blank screen after updating and when you press the power button the fans spin, light comes on and it makes 1 long and 1 short beep and no attempt to boot.
All basic troubleshooting has been done we replaced CPU, GPU and RAM from a working machine and no joy, I also noticed a post on here with the same issue and it was the BIOS. I am pretty sure also because it was doing a BIOS update that stopped it working, she knocked the keyboard out by accident during the update and the screen just went... -

Symptoms: Laptop powers on but no picture on screen.
I have already checked voltages and all is present. I have checked resistance on the coils to see if the chipset or cpu might be shorted. All resistances look normal. I have tried diffrent ram and I have reset the bios. I have also visually inspected the board to see if anything is burnt or if there are any traces of liquid...09-25-2024, 05:59 AM -
So I couldn't remember my bios password and since it was broken screen, I used to connected to the TV via Type C to HDMI. So I decided to remove the Bios chip and reprogram the Bios chip with ch314a.. when I try to solder Bios on the laptop, one of the Bios leg broke off.. I bought a new blank Bios chip so I can programmed by flashing on the bios. -
