so i fixed by a simple step.
after put back the old bios, laptop turned on by pressing battery reset located on bottom
everything back to normal
decided to downgrade bios from 1.47 to 1.12 to prevent problem...

the old corupted bios before update to newest bios still can managed to boot even multiple time press power button
after flash with newest file and then back to old bios the laptop won't boot at all. just like on video...Leave a comment:

thanks but unfortunately the laptop still wont turn on.
power led on for 1 sec and then nothing happen
the old corrupted bios still can get manage to windows even pushing power button multiple times
some problem with old bios :
- fan dead, it is on for second after laptop turned on and then dead
