    Lenovo IdeaCentre 5-14IOB6 BIOS EC dump

    Hello. My IdeaCentre Gaming 5-14IOB6 Desktop stopped booting up. It throws a 0135 fun error. A specialized workshop informed me that the BIOS of the multi-controller (EC) needs to be reflashed, as reflashing the main BIOS did not resolve the issue.
    Does anyone have such a file? Since we were unable to find it on official sources...

      What is the EC chip model number. Does it have an external rom chip. What is the motherboard model number

              Hello, masters! I need help restoring the bios! The computer was brought to me after a service center with a non-original bios, and I contacted the service center to get a backup of the original bios. I flashed the original bios, but it doesn't initialize. I need help restoring the original bios.

                  • The above attached photo is not from my motherboard, I have attached a photo from my motherboard.
                    There are 2 flash drives on the motherboard, their backups are in the archive.
                    The motherboard is a ib560me v1.2 model​

                              Hello all,
                              I have a Lenovo Thinkstation P500 that is stuck at post with no display, it happened after I changed the memory timings in bios. I can not clear CMOS using the jumper on the motherboard, also tried re-flashing bios suing a USB stick but it also doesn't work. The only solution that I can think of right now is re-flashing the bios chip using an external programmer but the problem is that I don't have the bios dump of p500 for flashing externally and I don't know the location of bios chip. If someone can provide the bios dump and bios chip location it would be really helpful....

                              This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

                              I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

                              Hi everyone,

                              I’m looking for a 2 MB BIOS dump for a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 16ARH7H / Legion 5 with mainboard NM-E471 Rev. 2.0.

                              The BIOS chip is a Winbond W25Q16FW (1.8V, 2MB) and it's completely unresponsive / bricked. I tried recovery via USB but no success. Now I want to reflash it externally using a CH341A programmer.

                              I already found 32MB dumps (e.g. from Vinafix and Badcaps), but they are too large for the chip – and the last 2MB in those files are just FF FF FF....
