Please help to fix my Bios Dell Inspiron 3910

Hi Guys!

My Dell Inspiron Dell 3910 has issue that cannot turn on nomarlly! The power led is on (white) but no screen signal and no keyboard signal! It cannot be turn off when press and hold power button! When i take the ram out it has no warning led (keep white)

So please help to check my bios and fix it if possible!

Looks like you have another chip, post it here.

Is that the chip that you mention? i cannot import bin file from this chip because my tools only have 8 legs

Buy a 16 pins.

I drain the power of the mainboard (unplug all the power cord and the cmos battery). Now the power light has error code (3 amber 5 white). Can it be repaired by fix the bios or i need to replace the mainboard? I cannot buy the programmer adapter that support 16 pins because in my country its very expensive (almost 100$) (
