try image extracted from update and clean ME. I don't know where DMI is, maybe SMDFlea can help you with that.

The serial, model and model type can be added using the bios updater. Input "y" instead of "n"

        https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/t...m1ujy77usa.txt

        6. You will see the prompt "Would you like to update the Serial
Number?". Input "n" and press Enter.

        7. Then you will see the prompt "Would you like to update the
Machine Type and Model?". Input "n" and press Enter again.
Then the BIOS update process will start.

I don`t know if the OA3 key can be added using the updater, there might be some hidden command that isn`t listed ? . It can be added using UEFITool or a hex editor. I`ve added the key in 2 places, C05140 - C05190 and C55402 - C55452

Click image for larger version Name:	Capture.jpg Views:	0 Size:	210.8 KB ID:	3465111

If it doesn`t work then the next thing i would try would be copying the NVRAM GUID CEF5B9A3-476D-497F-9FDC-E98143E0422C
