HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1214 - No Display, Powers On, Corrupt BIOS

    Hello,

I currently have an HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1214
    S/N -
    2MO22342GX
    Motherboard - L75365-001
    BIOS Chip - W25Q128JVSQ

Suspected Windows updates contained BIOS update in which, during update the Desktop PC displayed a black screen to the monitor while still powered on. Display image never restored.
Tested RAM in both slots, as well as new RAM. Tested a brand new known working i5-10th Gen GPU (Same CPU as original installed). Cleared CMOS. Tested the Desktop PC with a dedicated GPU connected, but still no display. Device will not POST when powered on.
    Suspected BIOS updated corrupted system.

Instead of doing the common method of sourcing and replacing the motherboard, I wanted to try and re-flash the BIOS using the CH341A Programmer.
I was informed that installing the supplied sp152089.exe and creating a HP BIOS recovery with USB and then extracting the bin file will not work.
After doing some research it appears the Intel ME region needs to be cleaned?

Hopefully I have provided enough information for assistance in this repair.
I can attach the backup of the BIOS if that is needed.

Thank you so much in advance!

    That is certain beyond doubt.

    Post original backup bios file.

    You need a programmer . Ex : CH341A .

I appreciate your response and confirmation! I really do believe a clean and working BIOS will revive this device.
Attached are the .bin files for the corrupted BIOS and the one I had extracted from HP's site (08B3B)

Let me know if i uploaded them wrong or anything, thank you!

Interesting. I do not see that .bin file from extracting , but it has 087D6. Should i try this attached bin? Also, I have read the BIOS chip more to identify if the reads were identical, attached as well. Isn't it crazy there are no software drivers or anything on their site for this desktop...absurd

Understood. I will try my due diligence to track down the correct .bin file. Do you have any idea -- You saw there are no drivers available on their own site.
