z490-f gaming bricked after bios update

I had to assemble a PC with this Z490-F Gaming motherboard and an i7-1700K CPU. Upon the first boot, the CPU LED was red and flashing. I realized that I needed to update the BIOS. I didn't read the ASUS notice that said, "Before BIOS update, please download Intel ME update tool from ASUS support site, and update ME firmware to Version 14.1.53.1649V1.1 to ensure optimized system settings." I updated the BIOS without doing this, and everything seemed fine until the system performed an Intel ME update and shut down permanently. My attempts to reflash it were unsuccessful. Searching online, I found several people who had the same issue, and some of them resolved it with a ch341a.

I had to assemble a PC with this Z490-F Gaming motherboard and an i7-1700K CPU. Upon the first boot, the CPU LED was red and flashing. I understood that I needed to update the BIOS, and I performed the update using the USB flashback method. I didn't read the ASUS notice, which said, "Before BIOS update, please download Intel ME update tool from ASUS support site, and update ME firmware to Version 14.1.53.1649V1.1 to ensure optimized system settings." I updated the BIOS, and everything seemed fine until the system executed an Intel ME update and shut down permanently. My attempts to reflash it were unsuccessful. "Can any of you unpack the ME region from the ASUS website file?"
The other issue is identifying the correct chip. It should be one 128 and one 64, and the corrupted one is the 64."

File: ROG-STRIX-Z490-F-GAMING-ASUS-2701.CAP ,delete offsets 0-FFF with a hex editor, or alternatively use UEFITool to remove the CAP header

              Download UEFITool https://github.com/LongSoft/UEFITool..._A59_win32.zip

Open the bios with UEFITool and choose "Action" -> "Capsule" -> "Extract body"
              Save as *.rom or *.bin
              .
