Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on an HP Z4 G4 Workstation and I’m in need of the 16MB BIOS file for this system. The motherboard is labeled:

👉 AS# L09990-001

Unfortunately, the system isn’t booting properly, and I suspect a corrupt BIOS. I’m planning to flash it manually using a CH341A programmer, so I’m specifically looking for the full 16MB SPI dump for the chip MX25L12873F.

If anyone has a working Z4 G4 and could share a dump (or knows where to find an official or clean version), I’d be super grateful!

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

Hello brothers, I have a group of z4g4 devices, both Xeon and Core, with the same problems. All Xeon devices had problems that were solved by charging the BIOS for the two 16+32 SIM cards, but the Core devices did not have their problems solved. They do not sense the graphics card at all and stop at the graphics card code and do not give a graphics card warning. Everything was changed and the same problem remains. I think that the BIOS file is missing a file for the graphics card??
