It's a Galaxy GeForce 7950 AGP video card. Two of the caps are bloated. both are 470uF 16v. There are some other FZ which look OK, but I'll relace them too. 3 other 470uF 16v, 2 16v 220uF and 5 6.3v 1500uF. I'll post some pics later. I'll probably use Rubycon MBZ or somthing similar to replace them.

Re-capped it (finally). I replaced the 3 larger 470uF 16V with Sanyo SEPC Polys and everything else with Rubycon MBZ. It works good enough to get into windows but I haven't tested it beyond that.I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

It was just a small bump, nothing knocked off, shorted, etc. I suspect it may have caused an arc in the AGP slot (a bit like if I had tried to hot-swap the card). It's definately dead. Wasn't implying a cold joint. Meant that you could (simply) be looking at a bad transistor/diode/FET that may prove an easy fix. DMM problems aside, if the voltages are missing, that would be where I would start looking.

This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot
Then bough a new motherboard and a new computer case that a cooling system in it already installed also brought the cooling system for this video card but now the issue with it is that it randomly rebooted screen goes blank randomly and suddenly video freezing or started with video being there then blank screen and then the video comes back or it just stays blank for a while and then maybe it will come back but it... -
The issue with this video card is the HDMI port. Specifically on pin 19 (Diode checks on all other pins are normal). When i do a diode check on it from the pin on the board itself, I have nothing. There is also no short on the pin. Resistance reads about 200k. Normally on any HDMI pin 19 I would expect some voltage drop anywhere from .5v to 1.2v but here, I have nothing. The card is operational and can be used via the displayPort ports, but not through the HDMI. Attached you will find the pdf schematics for the card on page 22. Hi all,
With the outrageous prices of new video cards out there I've put some more effort into trying to fix an older card (repairing stuff is always a good idea in my mind, but the learning curve for the video cards seemed steep).
The video card is of GTX 1080 type (GP104 chip) that does not show up on the PCIE bus BIOS overview. It also does not provide any signal out on any of the ports (figures I suppose if is not seen by the motherboard).
