I got POST code 55...which mean no memory...but when I put memory on it...still the same ?? is the memory can not a proper voltage ?
1.8V for memory right ? I haven't checked the motherboard type...I'll post later...
I can only see a PCB code but not manufacturer name...only Intel...Comment

It could be a faulty socket, the incorrect speed or just a dead or faulty memory stick.
Always check with a known working stick.Comment

the memory stick is working well on other motherboard...
how can I check a faulty socket ? it'll beep if there's memory or not...

Is it matter of incompatibility processor ?
I put celeron D 346 on it....probably that's the cause of triple beep ?Comment

It's working now, clear CMOS...it didn't have a header only a solder bulb on the board...
I run linux now for a test....2Gbytes of RAMAttached FilesComment

I got an HP Elitebook G3 840 which has no video and when I press power button, it is giving me 3 Long beeps and 2 short. Does anyone has this happen before?

My asus board doing something strange, didn't saw anything like that before
I get 1 short beep on start... and after five secs i get 1 long and 3 short beeps.
Changing CPU, RAM and GPU didn't gave any results.
