HP Elitebook G3 840 3 Long Beeps and 2 Short

I got an HP Elitebook G3 840 which has no video and when I press power button, it is giving me 3 Long beeps and 2 short. Does anyone has this happen before?
I got this info from hp support site

You get a LONG (MAJOR) signal category, RED LED &
then a SHORT (MINOR) signal category, WHITE LED.

Major – the category of the error; Minor – specific error in that category
The AUDIBLE repeats 5 times, and the VISUAL until power is removed.

The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from memory initialization.

Indicates potential memory failure.

1 Reseat memory.
2 Correct memory configuration.
3 Test with known good memory.
4 Replace affected component.

If the memory sticks are accessible which from your post, they appear to be. Remove the same sticks completely off the logic board. Power up.

Is the beeping the same or different without the memory sticks ?

replaced ram... fixed now (2 bad sticks of ram)
