In comparing two MSI motherboards, a retail MS-7093, and the same made for use in an HP Pavilion PC it appears that several capacitors have been omitted from the OEM boards. Will this place the remaining caps under greater stress?

by jprezaHi everyone,
I recently acquired this card from a seller who was selling a PowerMac G5 for parts. He mentioned that the video card was probably broken too.
Upon closer inspection, I can tell the reason why it won't work: it's missing a bunch of CAPS! (it's also missing an inductor - 1.0uH).
It's a nice card as it's one of the few AGP cards that will support 2560 x 1600 resolution on a PowerMac G5 using a 30" Cinema Display.
Looking at the card, it appears to be missing the following:

I do have several old pc motherboards which i recapped 10 year ago and some of those caps are bulged now.
I would like to upgrade them using solid capacitors. I do use them for testing and helping some alternative operating systems.
I would like to ask if such an upgrade can be done, what should i have in mind when replacing electrolytic by solid caps and if such thing exist, if there are caps list for old motherboards. I would have to figure out what caps needs each motherboard and then prepare a list to try to ask for them on some electronics stores.-

by Agx03I want to start by saying this was by no reason my fault. I was working on this laptop for a friend that stated his Laptop wouldn't come on. I checked the power, nothing. So I went to the cpu and found that liquid metal had seeped under the protective glue and into these caps. (I was streaming so I have video evidence for you non believers) When I removed the glue, the caps came out with it. Anyhow, what I need is a way to identify these missing caps. Please help a brother. The processor is a Ryzen 9 5900HX the motherboard is a G533 6050A3250201 REV 2...

by momakaI know I've been a little scarce lately (like the last 2-3 years), but I'm still here and still doing my thing with fixing PSUs.
For today's considerations, I have a Seasonic B12 BC-550 [A551bcafh] 550 Watt ATX power supply for you (click on links for full size images).

It's a modern ATX unit with fixed (non-modular) cables and an 80-plus bronze certificate. Here's the label:
