    MSI OEM Motherboards missing caps?

In comparing two MSI motherboards, a retail MS-7093, and the same made for use in an HP Pavilion PC it appears that several capacitors have been omitted from the OEM boards. Will this place the remaining caps under greater stress?

    1. The remaining caps on the OEM board may be a higher value.
    2. The OEM board could be a later revision and might not have the same requirements.

      probably just a mfr's option.
they may be able to get 3300's cheaper than 2200's and not install parts in all board positions. save a few cents per board.
