Hello! I have these MOSFETs used on a desktop motherboard, the name of the motherboard will not be helpful, because it is quite rare and doesn't have schematics. They are used in a power rail and have very unusual metallic package, I've never seen anything like this. Could you help me identifying these, or at least identify their package?
Identifying MOSFET "03 GUB 7X1V03" or "02 GUA 6X4H06"

PE600BA marking code is F1, unrelated.
02 should be PR802BA33.
03 should be PR804BA33.OpenBoardView — https://github.com/OpenBoardView/OpenBoardView- Selected Answer

I wonder, how did you found these? Was it the similar process, or you have more complete SMD markings database?Comment

These are typical UNIKC/NIKO-SEM markings. UNIKC datasheets usually contain marking informations, but it's not necessarily easy to look them up.
These were not on our list previously but SMDFlea added them already : https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...86#post1672286
If you look on Google with search strings similar to :
"UNIKC" "此产品代码为" "<marking code>"
or :
"UNIKC" "产品代码" "<marking code>"
Replacing <marking code> with the characters in the top left, then you can sometimes find the datasheet for them.
PR802BA33 did show up like that.
PR804BA33 did not, but I looked for other parts in the same family. Ended up finding PR812BA33 then PR804BA33.
Confirmed PR804BA33 with the pictures and datasheet found at LCSC. This UNIKC datasheet does not contain the string "产品代码" (only a picture of the marking information) so it could not show up in a search. Thanks for being consistent…OpenBoardView — https://github.com/OpenBoardView/OpenBoardViewComment

by JaneI tried to use this method:
Testing an N-channel MOSFET:
Step 1: Discharge the Gate (turn off the MOSFET)
Place the black probe (COM) on the Source (S) and the red probe on the Drain (D). The multimeter should show no continuity (high resistance or "OL" – open line).
Then, touch the black probe to the Source (S) and the red probe to the Gate (G). This discharges any stored charge in the Gate, turning the MOSFET off.
Step 2: Charge the Gate (turn on the MOSFET)
Now, place the red probe on the Gate (G) and the black probe on the...09-27-2024, 03:31 AM -
by madjid911HI, I discovered a mosfet in continuity, and grounded the motherboard. I would like to replace it to be able to repair the motherboard of my asus pc. I am not a big expert, can you tell me what is this mosfet?I can't find it on the internet.
Can you help me find the datasheet and maybe tell me which mosfet I can replace? I have macbook a1466 1708 1278 donor motherboards.

by kingis85Here i have asus rog flow, super powerfull and expensive tablet. The problem is that it only works with a battery. The owner had it plugged on and his dog wanted to put his teeth on the usb-c plug and well.....
So after that it is not charging with a new asus official charger. I opened and tried to find something burned with microscope but everything looks good. I did not found any short. I did see that it does not try to take any power with usb meter, so the 5v line must be open somewhere. This board is really hard to make any sense because i can not find any kind of data sheet or info....11-20-2023, 05:50 AM -
by NooyHello everyone, I recently found this badcaps site and super Learn Electronics Repair youtube channel. And I wanted to learn how to troubleshoot power supplies and VGA cards and how to practice soldering, since I already have a properly defective piece of them. I am currently trying to solve two problems:
I have a Gigabyte GV-RX460WF2OC-4GD type card. I managed to find the faulty MOSfet (AON6414A) on it, which I replaced. The card starts up, but after about half a minute, the MOSfet in the same position will be shorted again. Is it possible that the PWM controller driving the MOSfet... -
by silver60618Hi Gang, Im working on an Acer Aspire 5, that wasnt charging or randomly not powering on. I identifyed a shorted MOSFET and removed it. Laptop now powers on with the Missing MOSFET.
Im having a devil of a time finding a replacement. the value of mosfet reads L3 GUD 4U0T01. I cannot find anything on this online
Is there a subsitute I can use? can I grab a similar sized one from a donor board of another brand?
Thanks! - Loading...
