I've got this 3070TI that only lit up at boot (no fans and not seen by PC). When taking it apart I noticed the PCIe GPU power plugs to the GPU had pin 3 from the top of the card pushed out of the connector. Once I got the pins realligned I put the card back together to try it again. Now it lights up and the fans come on but the PC does the normal single beep for boot and right away does three fast beeps and fails to boot. I unplug the card and the PC boots normally again. Clearly another issue with the card. Anyone see this before? Feel like some progress...

I'm using Xiaomi Router 4A gigabit edition as wireless repeater. It worked fine for 2 years or so, but last week, wireless started to disappear.
When I unplug/replug the power, it was working fine for a day/half a day or so until it freezes again.
After testing with different power supply adapters and concluding it wasn't the issue I finally opened the case and this was the situation:
Anyway I proceed to clean up the mess and replace all caps but unfortunately it made the situation worse. Now router can't even boot, either it freezes during... -

i have gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 rev 1.0 the motherboard don't accept any version of windows i try to install win10 win 7 and boot in win10 and windows 7 pe live but restart after loading screen
winxp is the only system that i can boot into
i try a different version of bios files from the wesite ,but motherboard turns on with black screen or reboot after first screen of bios post
of course i try many good tested ram and cpu

I see there are many issues with these laptops all over the place...but mine is special...
THe board is G513-6050A3249301-MB-A04 with Ryzen 9 5xxx and Nvidia 3070 on board...The issue is that the laptop freezes at boot of windows,linux,HBCD etc...Altough the HBCD manages to boot and then freezes after a minute or so... But when i boot linux and disable ACPI=OFF switch it boots and doesn0t freeze, the battrery ,and wifi are working, but the battery meter is not shown, because it's disabled...ANd since i boot from the USB , i can't really install the nvidia drivers to see if the GPU...09-24-2025, 01:42 AM -
Razer blade 2022, 14" PI480, Ryzen 6900HX, 16gb ram
I picked up a Razer blade 14" (2022) from a friend who said it "overheated" and he replaced one of the fans. He gave up on it as windows wouldn't work/re-install. He gave it to me, and i've been working on getting linux on it. Installing Mint i was able to get about 1/4 through the installer before it froze. Now i can't even get the installer to boot. I am met with a kernel panic.... sometimes. Sometimes it just hangs on the boot sequence.
I've run memtest quite a few times, and more often then not...
