ASUS RTX3070 CG142P - no MEM voltage

Hello.
Have this ASUS RTX3070 CG142P that have no voltage on memorys. ressistance is ok. i replaced uP9529Q which is phase MEM controller, but i have only steady voltage on PWM outputs.
Attached measuring of this chip. Do somebody see something bad on that measumerents list?

i found that two memory phases work and get pwm, but dont know why is voltage so low only 0.18V. must be something with controller or adjustment of it

On page 47,48 you can find PWM controller and MOSFETS schematics memory phases, then you can measure values of resistors in feedback loop, that may cause the problem. Also adding the PDF boardview so you can locate components easily (I hope it matches your board version).

Hi folks, Recently got this board turn on everything but doesn't generate video, I did a check of the test points

12v1 & 12v2 Ok
1.8v = 09 *
3.3v Ok
5v= 0 *
12v Ok

Coils to Gnd Ok
