Not sure if this is the correct section, but I have a PS4 controller that I am trying to fix. It developed stick drift on the left stick and the usual simpler methods did not fix the problem.
So I went on eBay and ordered some replacement potentiometers. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/174967976757 is where I got them from.
I took the green potentiometers off the replacement sticks and soldered them onto the PCB. Assembled the controller and ran some tests. The drifting was somewhat fixed (not fully in center, but way better than before). However,... -
Hi, Im trying to find the area on the chip that contains all of my laptops information, but I havent found it. The laptop won't turn on anymore. I was updating the BIOS, and it was supposed to reboot itself, but it wouldnt turn back on. I ve tried every possible solution, every alternative on Lenovo forums, everywhere; I ve taken it to technicians, and no one has been able to fix it. I'm using TONGFANG "GM7TG7P" model laptop for over 3 years and i'm entering the same bios administrator password everyday. My laptop has Aptio BIOS (American Megatrends, AMI).
But today it's not accepting my password. I'm %100 sure i'm entering the correct password.
I'm trying to reset my bios without success.
I tried :
-I removed the BIOS battery and main battery. Waited for a long time but it didn't work. They already stated in the user manual that the password will not be reset even if the batteries... -
Hello, I search this connector (oxydated).
It's a fpc zif low profile connector. It come from camera sensor, it is very small : 0.3mm between 2 pins.
I ordered 2 from Aliexpress called « 0.3mm pitch » but one was 0.5mm between 2 pins and the other 0.6mm. In fact « 0.3mm pitch » seams to be the pad width and not the distance between 2 pins.
I can't find it. The other websites like mouser dont show the datasheet, and I can't check if it is 0.3mm between 2 pins ?
Do you know how to find this connector please ? What is the exact name for find it ?
