Help to identify IC on Linksys EA8500

Hello folks, recently I got wireless router Linksys EA8500, half working.
After visual board inspection I found one bad IC, cannot find anything in google,
maybe someone can help me to identify it. Looks looks it's CPU voltage regulator.
    Marked as 208AB 627FL 2019 (UP8) - Voltage around IC - 0v
On other side there is another one 208AB 627FM 2080 (UP12) Voltage 1.05V

208AB looks to be Dual-Buck switching regulator, the 209AB looks to be single Buck switching regulator.
I have no luck finding any info on either one of them.

You might have another problem if I read this correctly it says that it digitally programmed now is that to mean that it has to be programmed before it installed

          DIGITAL INTERFACE/NON-VOLATILE PROGRAMMING 2
The built-in serial digital I C/SMBus compatible port and built-in non-volatile programming bring several benefits to power supply design with the SMB206A/7A/8A. Many external components are eliminated that would otherwise be used to set configuration and parametric values. Additionally, the digital interface allows for quick and easy development and debug without hardware changes. Finally, after the non-volatile power-up configuration, the serial port can be used to re-program the SMB206A/7A/8A by host software after the system is running. For quick programming development and debug use Summit’s prebuilt evaluation kit including a PC- based graphical user interface (GUI).

This is what I am talking about earlier

I think router's firmware doing that (IC programming/control), but anyway I was unable to find replacement, it's Qualcomm IC and there is no replacement, so body completely dead.

              You can try this

              https://www.hkinventory.com/public/P...Code=&Qty=2562

I have not used them before
When I do an inquiry I ask if they take PayPal if they do not I will not use them
              That is just me
