Macbook Pro A1990 820-01041 server not connecting
Hi
I received this Macbook Pro A1990 about a week ago with a question mark folder blinking on the screen.
I tried to restore the OS using CMR+R but when selecting install fresh operating system (the option was for High Sierra) I am getting every time "unable to connect to server".
I also tried to restore from DFU. The message from there was a bit different. Something like "unable to revert partition to a bootable one".
To be honest I am out of ideas here.
Do I have an actual hardware issue?
When I am deleting and formating...

Re: HP Zbook 14 G8
Thank you so much for the time spent helping me.
MP2941 seems to be exactly it.
It looks the same as the one I took out from the board.
I tried to start the board without it and it does work without the dedicated GPU. Only Intel is on which is quite normal I think.
I will buy one and see how is going. I hope the GPU chip is working fine.
Thank you again so much for your help

Re: HP Zbook 14 G8
So sorry.
The motherboard model is:
CM-4 94V-0
CORVETTE-6050A3213301-MB-A01(A1)
Can't find any other codes on the board.
To be honest even if I would get my hands on a slightly diferent model of motherboard from the same series (if that exists) there is a good chance that the MOSFET IC used on mine will be used on that as well.

HP Zbook 14 G8
Hi
I am looking for a schematic diagram and ideally board view for HP Zbook 14 G8.
Anybody can help?
The main reason is that I found a MOSFET IC shorted on the board. The code written on it is MPMP 2941 and I need to identify it so I can order one.

Re: Focusrite 2i2 4i4 3rd gen
The funny thing is that I found a Chinese guy on eBay who was able to provide me with two pieces of these chips using the first line from the code: 002049
When I asked him if he can provide the datasheet for them and/or the manufacturer part number for them he said he can not. Weird isn't it?...

Focusrite 2i2 4i4 3rd gen
Hi Guys
I am fighting a dilemma here.
I am trying to find out the part number of the main processor used in Focusrite 2i2 and 4i4 third generation.
They seem to be XMOS.
I can not order them from anywhere using what is written on them.
If anybody would be able to help identify these I would be very grateful....

identify and buy a voltage regulator, Audj833
Hi,
I am trying to identify and buy a voltage regulator.
The casing is somewhere between SOT563 and SOT963.
So it's 6-pin. Lenght of the capsule is about 1.2mm and the width 1mm.
Codes on the capsules are:
AUDJ833 or AUDM633 or AUDK897. All codes are used in the same model of device as a voltage regulator from +5v down to +3v3 so they should be interchangeable.
pin2 is ground
pin3 is Vin +5v
pin6 is Vout +3v3
pin4 is connected through an L to pin6
I spent quite a while looking for a replacement to buy.
Any help...Last edited by SMDFlea; 07-20-2022, 06:51 AM.

Re: Imac 27" 2019 820-01236-A schematic & board view
Many thanks for the reply. At least I know so I won't look for it anymore.
I have two boards with identical fault. The main power line for the CPU FAN is blown. I suspect that the guy tried to connect the wrong fan to the boards.
Most likely the 2013-2015-2017 fans have different configs on the connectors so he might tried with one of them.
Just a guess still but I will search
