Is UCC LXZ suitable for repair?

LCDs have the power PCB and the IC PCB. Is LXZ suitable for both?

    Thanks

Are you asking this question because you have a good stash of them on hand?

You need to look up the ESR values to decide if they are suitable or not.

I have gone exclsively with Panny FM caps from Digikey.

If you used FM then LXZ should be suitable.

      Thanks

14" MacBook LCDs - has Apple re-introduced a new serialisation type?
        by ronaldopdias
        Hi all,

Since about a month or two ago, we've observed a new type of 'serialisation' on the LCDs and we're just curious whether anyone has seen this
        • New LCDs straight from the factory (not programmed)- if the Mac is restarted or switched on from a cold boot, you must close the lid, then open it again (so two cycles of opening and closing the screen) in order to get display.
        • Transplant the IC onto another screen:
          • If the model and revision match exactly then it will perform as normal
          • If the manufacturer matches exactly BUT its a different revision, the colours are mostly in

Suitable replacement IC? .PCB - X_BFJSFANRE_RLED_V4
        by ezenia
        Hello,

I am not sure where exactly to put this thread, so hopefully this is the best place.

I have a USB fan that has suddenly been unable to increase its speed. It's just stuck on the first speed. This fan has 3 speed settings. Each time you press the power button, the speed of the fan should increase.

The way the button works with each press is: Speed 1 > Speed 2 > Speed 3 > OFF

Speed 2 and 3 don't currently work any more.

I suspect the issue might be with what looks to be some kind of driver IC. It is a 16-pin...

klipsch kda-500 amplifier suitable power supply capacitor replacement ?
        by r2digital
I have a klipsch kda-500 that would turn on and allow me to get into the web management but it was picking up a lot of noise from audio sources so i decided to replace the smd caps on the power supply along with radial one. Some one was in here before me and they basically burned the bottom side of the traces off for the radial cap but i was able to repair it without any real problem. I thought i did a good job sourcing out replacement caps but apparently not and now i can't get the power supply to turn on it just constantly try's to keep turning on. Attached is a picture of the power supply before...

Help me decide which MOSFETs are suitable replacements
        by прямо
        Friends,

I need help. I'm having a bit of difficulty in deciding what would be the compatible replacement for these MagnaChip N-Channel Trench MOSFETs on a VRM circuit because they seem to have a much faster switching times compared to most N-Channel Trench MOSFETs out there that have the same (more or less) current rating and Rds(on)

        MDD1502 (high side), 48.5A 7.8mOhm
        MDD1501 (low side, 2 in parallel), 67A 5.6mOhm

VGS is 10V High side drain is 12V. Low side drain is from PWM controller (Richtek RT8120A) phase output 1V.

        Here are the ones...
