Re: Samsung 2243sn black screen. There is no backlight.
And yes ... after soldering the cpu, the backlight appeared and when the vga was connected to the laptop, there were horizontal stripes. I think the firmware has crashed. A test without a connection is a rectangle R G B. -

There is a method of hot flashing. It is necessary to warm up the cpu to 400 C. And he himself must throw off the dump from the cache in mx25L1005. But I installed another cpu from the donor, since the old one crashed.Comment

Hello,
YouTube video of the problem encountered: https://youtube.com/shorts/q7TLNv36LUo
I am a pro and I have a problem that I have never seen despite my 7.5 years of experience on my own and my thousands of repairs, on a customer's Dell G3 15 3500.
On this PC I have already changed the complete palmrest because the keyboard was no longer working properly.
I also changed the screen because the PC fell and the screen was broken.
I changed the battery with a new and original battery.
I also had corrosion/oxidation on the... -
by MgiffuneI have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.
I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and... -
by turmixHello, I'm working on a new deskmod pc project and have a problem with my monitor, an AOC U34G3XM, well, I may have bricked it.
The monitor was dismanteled and the separate parts parts integrated in the desk. the screen panel alone is on the upper part, and main board/video board + power board on the back of the desk (not enough place on the cover to fit it)
At first everything was working smoothly, then I decided to change the connexion between the video board and the screen for a longer one. Still working fine
During another reassembly, I made a mistake, and...-

Hey folks,
I picked this neat monitor up from a recycling center years ago, and it worked fine for a long time. I know they are prone to T-con issues with the Altera chip, but I've yet to experience any symptoms of that going. I always perform scaling on the GPU though. It had occasionally thrown a black screen at me, that was usually reset by powering it off, and reseating the DVI-D cable in the sole input. I gave it to my brother who said the problem got worse, and it would be very difficult to get it to display a picture, it took lots of fiddling. As far as I understand him, it always...-

by AudezeI have a 2019 75" x950g, and while playing a movie, the screen suddenly went dark in a weird way, where it faded towards one corner into being fully black. Now the TV turns on, and the backlight comes on, but there is nothing displayed except black. Sound still comes through the TV speakers, and i have tried doing a hard reset using the volume - and power buttons while plugging the display back in, but it did not fix it. I can confirm that pressing buttons on my remote is still doing "something" because I'm hearing sound still, even though the screen is black.
