Gatway Monitor Problem

Appears to work normally but will only shows an image for a few seconds.
I have recapped the board as pictured.
Voltages are as indicated in pics.
Problem is unchanged.

Classic 'two seconds to black' problem. Possibilities include bad CCFL, bad wiring to CCFL, bad transformer, bad monitoring circuitry. See if you can locate a schematic. This could be a nice demonstration case.
