Theoretical Question
I have a LCD monitor that would cycle thru the normal boot sequence then restart itself over and over. I suspected the logic board and switch it with one that I knew was good. Operation was then normal. I reinstalled the suspect board and now the LCD is operating correctly. My question is what could have happened that corrected the problem? Any and all theories please. -

I have recapped the board as pictured.
Voltages are as indicated in pics.
Problem is unchanged.... -
