    Samsung 912N White Screen

I have a samsung syncmaster 912N, on boot up analog cable attached it displays a white screen then goes blank green LED begins blinking at 10 to 15 sec intervals. With data cable removed screen goes all white, green LED stays on. Preliminary Voltage readings at CN600 of video board (p.s. bear in mind I'm just learning) are
Pin # Data Cable On Data Cable off
    1 12.70 12.40
    2 12.70 12.40
    3 0 0
    4 0 0
    5 0 0
    6 5.12 5.10
    7 5.12 5.10
    8 0.04 0.06
    9 0.01 3.74

Any suggestions where to go from here would be appreciated.

This is a consequence of the 'GIGO' principle (or is it a principal, I disremember). The pictures are not good enough to identify 'CN600', although by inference it is the cable connecting the inverter / power supply to the logic card (your use of 'video board', while technically correct, leads to confusion with the video board in the computer).

The voltage readings and activity indicate a problem with the logic board. Since the pictures of both the power supply / inverter and the logic card show what appear to be contamination of some sort, there was little to suggest. Normally the logic card contains several voltage regulators, it's not even possible to identify candidates in the pictures.

For a number of reasons, both health and personal, I will no longer be active on this board. Any PMs asking for assistance will be ignored.
