          Get rid of the caps!
LTec are not good, and I recall that neither Taicon are. If you have three units and one works good, what I would do is take the known good PSU and test the two failing LCDs with it. If the problem goes, you have isolated the problem to a (maybe) varying voltage output of the PSU. I'm more inclined to blame it on the signal/video board.
Also, you mention V and uf ratings of the caps, but don't mention brand/series of the replacements.
And what V ouputs you get from the PSU to the VBoard?
The pics are too small to make up something. If you can post a clearer/bigger picture it would help.

Yes. A full recap would rule out the cap problem entirely. Also, if we know the caps installed and the info on the removed ones, we can tell (well, PCBONEZ can tell ...) if they are good replacements.

Re: Lcd Monitor Recap And now Color Off

Umm, the original 3 x 470uF caps were 25 volt. The link you gave to the ones they were replaced with are 10 volt. You can't do that. You'll surely blow those caps quickly, if you already haven't.

Please confirm what voltage is on the 470uF caps that were replaced. Check the 220uF one also.

As Eguevarae said, the Ltec and Taicon caps should also be replaced. We need the series identification mark to recommend proper replacements. It will be a 2 or 3 letter code on the cap label near the temperature rating. Maybe something like VX or HW or LXZ possibly followed by an (M) mark.

Now I'm lost. Broad? Do you mean Brand?

                          You said:

Meaning you didn't change those caps, yet.

                          Then you said:

You gave a link (in post #8) to 10 volt caps saying those are what you replaced them with. That is when I said you can't replace 25 volt caps with 10 volt ones, and it is probably what is causing the problem.
