    Dell E153FPB screen flashes

    I am changing all the caps in a hope that this will fix the problem. They do not appear to be bulging in a way that i would expect but the problem had only just started. The caps are Elite and Lelon so out they come.

    Is there any significance that C751/2 is 470mf x25V when C723 is 470mf x35V?
    Can I replace them all with 35V?

      If you stated that correctly then , yes you can use 35v rated replacement.
