Is there any significance that C751/2 is 470mf x25V when C723 is 470mf x35V?

I am changing all the caps in a hope that this will fix the problem. They do not appear to be bulging in a way that i would expect but the problem had only just started. The caps are Elite and Lelon so out they come.

The stereo output for the indicator light is 15V when full signal. I found a led from a portable tv. I have had no luck finding two 8V x .15w dial light bulbs.Leave a comment:

It is something so simple that I felt embarassed to ask. It is the value of the lamp for the stereo signal which is missing as I removed it many years ago for an ID but now is lost.
