    Well you were right, i connect parallel mode on my lab power supply to get more juice and now it is working, so i know that power adapter of this monitor is failed. It pull 1A at 12V

      make yourself some new cables with heavy speaker wire and 4mm jacks.

        Ah, so the DCV readings were taken at the ends of the wires not at the power supply terminals.
        BTW, if you are going to use those wire/alligator clip, you should solder the wires to the clip instead of relying on crimping, seen to many of those failed with intermittent connections.
