    Gateway FHX2300 broken trace PWM controller

    Hello all
    I have Gateway FHX2300 with 2 sec to black found a broken trace on PWM controller LD7575PS just wondered if this can be fixed.

      that's not broken, it's a cut in the board to stop sparks jumping the gap between the 2 main tracks.

      the funny thing is that pin should be missing from the chip - they fitted the wrong chip.

              Found a bad backlight changed it out with another screen seems the power supply is ok

                  Is it possible bridging tiny broken trace

                  When I assembled dreamcast I mistakenly fastened long bolt and It resulted in
                  cutting tiny trace.
                  This tiny trace(Total width of white coating is 5.5mm) is between R337,R343 and IC101 and it is covered with white coating in the below screenshot.


                  Firstly I tried to bridging tiny broken trace with my own eyes...But it is totally impossible..So a week ago, I ordered G1200 Digital Microscope and I magnified this tiny broken trace with it.

                  But It seems that It is really very tiny trace So I plan to order 0.1mm coper wire from aliexpress in order to bridging...

                  When I received the device, the device has no function. After an investigation, I found that the PWM CONTROLLER RT6575B (U6100) is getting warm and there is a short circuit at the 3V3 output. This normally supplies 3V3 for the embedded controller IT5571E-128 (U301).                   The treadmill was working fine, one day the belt snapped and after checking the unit I also noticed that the display is now showing the Controller comm error. So I opened it up and the treadmill had two boards. One is a power supply board and the other is the motor controller. I noticed there was a mouse nest, so I took power supply board out, cleaned it up, replaced the big capacitor and that did nothing.                   Tankless hot water heater controller board not powering up when power is applied

                  I recently bought a used tankless hot water heater and the controller board is completely dead no power up when power is applied the display board works however the main controller board does not work correctly at all the fuse is good

                  I bought a used replacement controller board that also had issues that I was able to fix and now the tankless water heater works correctly now

                  However I would like to know if I could figure what happened to this controller board if possible

                  Tomorrow I will take some better pictures of both side of both boards

                  This happened last Saturday and today I finally had time this morning before I went to work to replace two non brand capacitors

                  I will let you be the judge weather or not these are bad or not according to the blue ESR meter that I am using

                  I am comparing them to a brand new one that I installed
